Submitting A Work Order
If there is a maintenance issue in your room or in any shared public space, please place a work order using the link below. To complete a work order, you will be required to log in using the following information:
Username: Schmidt
Password: ram134
When submitting work orders, please include as much detail as possible the maintenance staff knows exactly what to look for.
Work Orders for Bugs: If you need to submit a work order about bugs (i.e. roaches, ants, bedbugs, etc), when selecting the type of work order, please select Maintenance Request.
